Daniel quickly became the “go-to guy” for bringing challenging projects both on time and in budget. This allowed the natural progression of Daniel finding himself using his tools less and less for projects and more his natural leadership with his follow coworkers.

“I am fortunate to have great mentors in the industry, and I understand the value of great leadership. Coaching and leading others is a mutual learning experience that I enjoy, and being in the leadership role has accelerated my own growth. My career goals continue to evolve because this trade has a lot to offer, but my current goal is to be the best leader I can be for my team,” Daniel said.

Daniel held the foreman position briefly before he was then promoted once more to supervisor. He has taken multiple young technicians under his wing, helping them navigate their way through the UA initiation process and then through their professional careers.
