Users are able to handle daily activities from customer management to job scheduling, workforce optimization, parts management, and invoicing. The software also includes real-time customer support and customer portal access. One of the new tools included in this update is the second version of the billing module, which features changes in design and usability, support for global and compound taxes, new options to add discounts and the possibility to customize the body of the email. Another handful of new options can be found in the Job Reports section. Users can customize the sender’s email address, and reports may contain conditional elements that trigger specific processes to make it easier for the technician to fill them up. The original version of the software provides features from scheduling and dispatch to inventory management. It also covers job reporting, time tracking, and invoicing.
