ST. LOUIS — Crescent Parts & Equipment purchased the assets of Dennis Company. Prior to this purchase, Crescent had 15 locations throughout Missouri and Illinois. Crescent has now acquired the four Dennis Company locations as well (Davenport, Cedar Rapids, and Burlington in Iowa, and Moline, Illinois), which brings Crescent to 19 locations.

All Dennis Company employees have transitioned to Crescent. Crescent welcomes its new employees and is excited about this opportunity for expansion.
