ST. LOUIS — On May 1, 2019, Crescent Parts & Equipment, a third-generation family business based in St. Louis, purchased the assets of Dennis Company, an HVAC distributor based in Davenport, Iowa. Prior to this purchase, Crescent had 15 locations throughout Missouri and Illinois. Crescent has now acquired the four Dennis Company locations as well (Davenport, Cedar Rapids, and Burlington in Iowa, and Moline, Illinois), which brings Crescent to 19 locations.

Dennis Company, founded by Pat Dennis, has been serving the southeast Iowa region since the mid-1900s. Drew Dennis, Pat Dennis’ son, had been running Dennis Company for the last six years. Drew has stayed on and is serving the Crescent organization as regional manager. All other Dennis Company employees have also transitioned to Crescent. Both companies have prided themselves on providing exceptional products, services, training, and support to their customers. All branches will be focused on servicing customers during the busy season, and the bulk of the company transition will occur in fall 2019. Crescent welcomes its new employees and is excited about this opportunity for expansion.
