From across the U.S. and Canada, contractors were nominated by their employees for a chance at winning the 2018 Best Contractor to Work For title. In its 20th year, this competition looks to highlight what makes contractors stand out from their peers.

The NEWS is proud to set these four contractors above the rest as examples of what it takes to be the Best Contractor to Work For. Their devotion to principles of solid wages, benefits, training, recruiting, and participation in the industry are just some of the tangible pieces of evidence proclaiming them as the best.
