DENVER — Hercules Industries, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of high-quality HVAC sheet metal products and equipment, has acquired El Paso, Texas-based Passage Supply Co., a distributor of HVAC products. The company also has operations in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
