COCONUT GROVE, Fla. — Watsco Inc. posted its quarterly earnings results on Tuesday. The company reported $0.81 earnings per share for the quarter, missing analysts’ consensus estimates of $0.87 by $0.06.
Watsco had a return on equity of 13.79 percent and a net margin of 4.1 percent. The firm had revenue of $913.30 million for the quarter, compared to analyst estimates of $947.76 million. During the same period last year, the company posted $0.75 earnings per share. The firm’s quarterly revenue was up 1.1 percent compared to the same quarter last year.
