DSG Expands Partnership with Kohl

Fargo, N.D. — Dakota Supply Group (DSG) recently expanded its partnership with Kohler, a manufacturer of plumbing products. DSG will now offer Kohler items at all of its plumbing locations. Plumbing customers who work with DSG will benefit from this expanded relationship by gaining access to a large array of solutions; DSG will offer more than 30,000 items from Kohler.

“We’ve had a strong relationship with Kohler in several regions of our business for many years, but this new partnership offers tremendous opportunities for all our plumbing customers,” said Mike Tupa, DSG’s chief segment officer. “Plumbing contractors will be able to offer their customers many of the industry’s most talked about products and fixtures, all backed by the combined support of Kohler and our DSG Customer Service Guarantee.”

“Kohler practices select distribution, and we are committed to this partnership because we admire DSG’s customer-focused culture,” said Tim Ryan, Kohler’s north central branch manager. “This agreement also allows plumbing professionals to purchase Kohler items easier because of the number of locations DSG has in the Midwest.”

DSG’s Customer Service Guarantee makes three promises to its customers: 100 percent order accuracy, two-business-day stock credit, and the top 200 products always in stock. If there’s a miss on any of these guarantees, DSG issues its customer a $25 certificate to redeem on a future purchase.
