Tecumseh Products Co. is in the middle of its Big Chill2 Condensing Unit Promotion and according to the company, participation has increase over 200 percent as compared to last year’s promotion. The promotion doesn’t end until Aug. 31, 2013 and the company’s U.S.-based authorized wholesale distributors are eligible for participation. In comparison to last year’s promotion, wholesaler participation has increased over 200 percent, reported Tecumseh.
“Based on feedback received, we greatly enriched the contractor portion of this year’s promotion. Our wholesalers responded in kind and are not only participating in the promotion but they’re working closely with our sales and marketing teams to leverage the resources that we have available,” said Jeff Fordeck, vice president of sales and marketing, Tecumseh. “We’ve launched many new condensing unit platforms over the last year and our wholesalers recognize the benefit that the promotion provides in increasing product awareness.”
