• The American Institute of Architects (AIA) reported the Architecture Billings Index (ABI) February score was 50.4, up slightly from 49.9 in January.
• The Hydraulic Institute (Parsippany, New Jersey) named Michael Michaud executive director, effective May 1.
• Heating, Air-conditioning, and Refrigeration Distributors International’s (HARDI’s) Foundation announced the release of its new book, “Myths & Misperceptions: How Markets Are Really Made in HVACR,” which documents the results of a 2013 research study on demand creation.
