HVAC Company Receives Franchisee of the Year Award and More
FARMERS BRANCH, Texas — Aire Serv® of North Dallas Metroplex owners, Neal and Rhea DiSanti, earned the Aire Serv Franchisee of the Year and Top Gun awards and team member Cynthia Paulson was awarded Office Professional of the Year at The Dwyer Group® International Conference held in Orlando, Florida.
The Franchisee of the Year award is the highest honor than can be earned by a franchisee in the Aire Serv network. The winning franchise must show consistent growth through proper training and management of the organization, consistent high sales volume, and quality customer service.
“Their leadership is an inspiration to all of us,” said Doyle James, president of Aire Serv. “Franchisee of the Year is an award and an accomplishment that Neal and his team deserve for building a great organization and we look forward to their continued success and strong leadership.”
The Top Gun award goes to franchise owners who achieve sales and reach operation benchmarks. The Top Gun recipients represent the top 10 percent of Aire Serv franchise owners across North America.
“The idea of ‘Top Gun’ was established by the Navy in the 1960s as a way to give training and credit to elite fighter pilots,” said James. “Taking a page from the Naval Top Gun Program, each year we recognize our franchise leaders for their accomplishments and dedication to the trade. It takes dedication, hard work, expertise, and commitment to reach the Top Gun goal and we are honored to have these winners on our team.”
The Top Gun designation was inspired by the 1980s movie of the same name. Don Dwyer, the late founder of Aire Serv parent company, The Dwyer Group, initiated the concept. He felt the top franchise owners went the extra mile and did what it took to be exemplary.
The Office Professional of the Year award is presented by each company to the customer service representative or office professional who is nominated, in writing, by the franchise owner and selected by the home office staff, based on performance during the award year. This person must have a history of setting an example for other associates with work habits, customer satisfaction, and in general is a model office professional that every franchisee seeks.
