Aire Serv Names Franchisee of the Year

SAN ANTONIO — Scott and Denise Taylor, owners of Aire Serv of Huntsville in Huntsville, Alabama, received the Franchisee of the Year (FOY) Award and Top Gun recognition from Aire Serv at the recent 2016 Dwyer Group International Conference in San Antonio.
The FOY award is presented to the franchisee that has consistently grown through proper training and management of the organization, reported consistently high sales volumes, and provided quality customer service. Top Gun recognition is awarded to franchise owners who achieve sales goals and reach operational benchmarks. They represent the top 10 percent of Aire Serv owners across the U.S.
Other franchisees recognized by Aire Serv for their significant performance throughout the year included Grady Stewart, owner of Aire Serv in Melbourne, Florida, who received the Rookie of the Year Award; and Chris and Dona Rattray, owners of Aire Serv in Marion County, Oregon, who were presented the President’s Award and Top Gun recognition. Dona Rattray also earned the Woman of the Year Award.
