BRAZIL, Ind. — Gerry and Carla Crafton, franchise owners of the Aire Serv® Heating and Air Conditioning location at 2840 W. U.S. Highway 40, in Brazil, Ind. received the National Franchisee of the Year Award at the company’s annual reunion, held recently in St. Louis.

“It’s the highest award that can be bestowed on a franchisee,” said Roger Goertz, former president of Aire Serv. The award is presented to the franchise that has consistently grown through proper training and management of their organization and has had a consistently high level of sales through quality, professional service.

The Crafton’s business, which serves customers in Terra Haute and Brazil, was judged to be one of the strongest Aire Serv franchise locations across the United States.
