Field service management software ESC version 13 includes enhancements and added features to ESC desktop software and ESC Mobile for smartphones, tablets, and laptops. The latest version incorporates user feedback, ideas from networking groups, and historical industry expertise. New features and enhancements in this version include QR and bar code scanning, the ability to create and view quotes, and view recent dispatches. The accept/reject items-on-quotes feature allows a complete quote to be presented with the ability to select items customers want with the final price adjusting accordingly. A dispatch “Quotes to be Scheduled” panel permits all the accepted quotes that have not been billed or dispatched to be viewed; users may also print QR code barcode labels when receiving inventory for faster quoting and invoicing in the field; accept prepayments on quotes which will post to QuickBooks as an open credit; and may include additional information added to the sales invoicing totals area with better grouping of cost items.
