Objective: Install a reliable energy management system to ensure safe, reliable, and comfortable heating and cooling during games and other critical operations.

Work Completed: The Tulsa Drillers minor league baseball team sought a reliable automation system to safely monitor and manage the stadium’s HVAC systems. The team turned to Trane Intelligent Services (TIS), an integration of technology, proprietary analytics, and expertise that continuously collects, interprets, and acts on data collected from building equipment and controls. TIS optimizes the performance of the stadium to enable high-performance comfort through alarm notifications, active monitoring, and collected data. Each suite includes its own fan-controlled unit, allowing each visitor to set the climate to a desired temperature. Facility managers are instantly alerted via mobile device when unfavorable conditions occur.
