COURSE DESCRIPTION: Specially designed for BoosterpaQ distributors, this course will equip attendees to sell BoosterpaQs and E-Pumps. Topics will focus on sizing/selecting, real world application theory, sales strategy, key features/benefits, basic electrical theory, components, transformers, safety, and schematics. Hands-on operation and programming of Grundfos E-Pumps, BoosterpaQ systems, and drives are conducted in the laboratory with some trouble-shooting. Prerequisites: Prior to the face-to-face training, self-study materials will be provided to students, followed by a mandatory pre-assessment, and a two-hour online virtual training session. www.grundfos.us

SPONSORING ORGANIZATION: Arzel Zoning Technology, in partnership with Genteq Motors

LOCATION: Cleveland
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The lecture-lab course is a zoning education and ECM motor training session. The course will feature a new section, ECM Service Training, taught by a Genteq Certified Master ECM trainer who will cover all the ECM motors used in residential and light commercial HVAC for the last 20 years. The Arzel Comfort College section educates students on zoning opportunity recognition, product familiarization, system design, and proper installation techniques. Attendees will receive 14 hours of North American Technician Excellence recertification for the two-day combination class, along with 10 hours of Ohio CEUs. www.arzelzoning.com
