COURSE TITLE: Commercial Systems Design

COURSE DESCRIPTION: With a focus on ACCA’s Manual N5AE, this training course helps contractors develop an understanding of how to calculate the various components of a commercial facility’s heating and cooling load using computer-based software. While emphasis is placed on identifying and calculating peak load conditions, discussion is also directed at understanding the structure’s needs under part-load conditions. Much of the information covered is based on the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Handbook of Fundamentals. www.acca.org/education
COURSE TITLE: Refrigeration Troubleshooting

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course offers a comprehensive approach to troubleshooting refrigeration systems. This course will guide the student through proper maintenance and service procedures while underscoring today’s energy efficient service practices. Topics include compressor troubleshooting, refrigeration basics, and refrigeration system components (unitary systems, rack systems, and system controls). Eight hours of NATE-recognized continuing education credit towards recertification is available and 0.7 CEUs is available through the International Association for Continuing Education and Training for this program. http://education.emersonclimate.com
