The 1F85RF-275 White-Rodgers® wireless remote sensor and thermostat kit includes a universal thermostat for single-stage, multistage, or heat pump systems and a wireless indoor remote sensor. The remote sensor comes synchronized to the thermostat and can be placed up to 200 feet away. This sensor can be adjusted up or down by as much as 4°F at the remote location or, for public areas, can be locked out to prevent unwanted temperature changes. Temperature control can be prioritized or averaged between the thermostat and remote sensor. According to the manufacturer, the wireless remote sensor can be placed virtually anywhere in a home or business where hot and cold spots exist. It eliminates the need to pull wires through an existing structure.
