ELKHART, Ind. - Continental Industries has announced the addition of Randy Vander Ploeg to its sales team in the capacity of vice president of national accounts. He will report directly to company president, David Leiter. Vander Ploeg will utilize his industry experience in establishing major wholesaler relationships and in assisting regional sales managers with the territory interface to these accounts.

He spent the last 14 years of his career with another major manufacturer of air distribution and venting products in various sales positions as market development manager, regional sales manager and, for the majority of his time there, director of sales. Beyond this industry experience, Vander Ploeg also has filled other sales, marketing, and executive positions for specialty manufacturers.

Vander Ploeg will work from his home office in Holland, Mich.
