Utilities in California Get $6 Million for Renewables
A group of California municipal utilities pursuing renewable energy projects received a $6 million grant from the California Energy Commission (CEC). The Public Power Renewable Energy Action Team (PPREAT) will support the public power system in California to facilitate the development of utility projects that produce electricity from renewable sources.
