In this age of instant information, potential customers rarely flip through the phone book looking for heating and cooling service and maintenance. In today’s world, we just jump on the Internet and head to our favorite search engines, like Google. If your company’s website doesn’t pop up on the first page of results, most likely I, and most other potential customers, am not going to call you.
