United Technologies Holdings Italy S.r.l. has completed the acquisition of approximately 70 percent of Riello Group S.p.A., a leading provider of heating products and services. The Riello family will continue to own the balance of the shares of the Italian-based company, which now becomes part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security.

The effective date of this rule is 60 days after publication in the Federal Register. 

DOE is also announcing it will host a public meeting on June 20, 2016. 

DOE is classifying miscellaneous refrigeration products, which include coolers and combination cooler refrigeration products, as covered products under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
