MeadWestvaco Corporation has formed a new limited liability corporation, which will combine the business assets of its Corrosion Technology Groups with those of Bioclimatic Inc., a manufacturer of air purification systems.
The board of governors for the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association’s (PHCC’s) Education Foundation held its mid-year meeting. The annual meeting is designed to update donors on the status of the educational programs being conducted by the Foundation.
