Veterans Affairs Approves NATE Tests

North American Technician Excellence (NATE) has been approved under the provisions of Section 122 of Public Law 106-419 to provide certification tests to veterans and other eligible individuals. NATE had its tests specifically approved for the G.I. Bill.

Survey Says Contractor Health Insurance Premiums Up Sharply

According to preliminary results from a nationwide survey of nearly 300 contracting companies conducted by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), health insurance premiums paid by HVACR contractors have grown an average of 61% from 1999 to 2002.
