The North American Insulation Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has announced the release of a new instructional training series DVD on fabricating fiberglass duct board systems. Based on NAIMA’s Fibrous Glass Duct Construction Standard, the DVD includes 22 short video demonstrations.

Sprouts Farmers Market announced that it is opening a new store in the metro-Atlanta area using CO2 refrigeration. According to the company, it will be the first CO2-based supermarket refrigeration system in a warm weather market in North America.

Hurst Boiler has announced patent approval for its new counter-flow device designed to improve boiler efficiency. Integrated inside of the pressure vessel, Hurst’s optional counter-flow device is factory-built into the company’s Thermal Master Counter-Flow Boiler Series and can be added to its Scotch Marine and Euro Series boilers.
