Chemours will invest $230 million over three years to construct a new facility at its Corpus Christi site in Ingleside, Texas, with start-up expected in the third quarter of 2018.

Low suction and head pressures might just be a dirty filter, not a refrigerant undercharge

An undercharge of refrigerant will cause low head and suction pressures, but that is not the only thing that will cause both pressures to be low. An undercharge will have low condenser liquid subcooling readings on the high side, where a dirty air filter for the evaporator will not produce low condenser liquid subcooling readings.

Daikin Industries Ltd., through its subsidiary Daikin Europe N.V., announced it will acquire Zanotti S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of commercial refrigerators and freezers. The acquisition price is 98 million euros (12.3 billion yen) for which Daikin will obtain all company shares.
