ARS/Rescue Rooter recently acquired Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air through parent company, American Residential Services L.L.C. The Escondida, Calif.-based business will now operate under the ARS/Rescue Rooter brand, which currently has an established location in San Diego.

Honeywell announced a $6 million energy-efficiency and building modernization program for the Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) in Wilmington, Del.
