ESCONDIDA, Calif. - ARS/Rescue Rooter recently acquired Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air through parent company, American Residential Services L.L.C.

“Joining the ARS/Rescue Rooter family allows us to expand our services throughout San Diego County, while continuing to provide outstanding customer service to our residential and commercial customers in the area,” said Steve Jaspers, former owner of Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air.

The Escondida-based business will now operate under the ARS/Rescue Rooter brand, which currently has an established location in San Diego providing heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services. Jaspers has joined the management team of ARS/Rescue Rooter of San Diego.

“Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air has served the residents of San Diego County for more than 14 years, and is well-known for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise,” said Ken Goodrich, ARS/Rescue Rooter Southwest division vice president. “In addition to growing services in the area, with Steve Jaspers joining our San Diego management team, ARS/Rescue Rooter is reinforcing its commitment to building a team of quality industry professionals nationwide.”

With the addition of Lloyds, ARS/Rescue Rooter is also positioned to expand its nationwide partnership with Home Depot Home Services. Currently, the company provides HVAC replacement services through more than 250 Home Depot locations nationwide, and will now expand this partnership into San Diego-area locations.

“The acquisition of Lloyds Plumbing Heating & Air allows us to grow our Home Depot HVAC replacement program locally, while expanding our position as the nation’s leading provider of residential HVAC services through the Home Depot partnership,” said Dave Slott, ARS/Rescue Rooter president and chief operating officer. “This acquisition is also another example of our commitment to providing exceptional service and employee satisfaction across our growing network.”
