The event — which was the organization’s largest sales forum to date — focused on the sales role within an HVAC company by setting realistic sales goals based on individual goals and strengths, differentiation, and niche markets.

The Unified Group, a national organization of commercial HVAC contractors, announced Colorado Climate Maintenance (CCM) as its 2014 Member of the Year. Owners Sam and Pam De Angelis were presented with the award at The Unified Group’s Annual Meeting and Owners’ Forum held in Ojai, California.
This year’s forum, held in September in Green Bay, Wisconsin, drew more than 40 members, making it the most attended forum in the event’s half-decade history.
More than 45 members came together for the 2 ½-day session to discuss and share technology they are using specific to service, construction, and information technology (IT).
