Koch Said This Acquisition Will Allow It to Expand into Additional Markets

Koch Heat Transfer Co. LP, a subsidiary of Koch Chemical Technology Group LLC, has purchased the Alco, Alco-Twin, and Bos-Hatten brands of heat exchangers from Peerless Mfg. Co., a subsidiary of PMFG Inc.
The Alfa Laval T8 gasketed plate heat exchanger can be used for HVAC applications in buildings and numerous other industries such as fluid power, metalworking, marine, power generation, general manufacturing, general utility cooling, engine cooling, and the semi-conductor industry.
