The Bryant True Heroes Award honors individuals who go above and beyond to make a meaningful impact in their communities through selfless dedication and compassion
The annual Lennox Feel the Love program, sponsored by the LII Lennox Foundation, donates hundreds of HVAC units to deserving homeowners. Dealers from across 45 states in the U.S. and several Canadian provinces work with Lennox to install the units for the winners during the first full week of October.
The donation comes after Around the Clock technician Shane Noblit visited the home of Edward Williams, a 58-year-old heavy equipment operator who was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and other medical conditions that have left him unable to work.
“The donation of the boiler and water-heater system training board is a game-changer for our training academy,” said Justin Fidler, area lead instructor at ABC Construction Prep Academy.
Rheem donated and installed a new water heater and HVAC unit while dozens of its metropolitan Atlanta-based employees volunteered in the building and landscaping process.
The EGIA Foundation awards up to 30 eligible students per year with a $2,500 scholarship to put toward tuition costs at an accredited community college, technical/vocational school, or approved technical institute while working to obtain HVAC degree or certificate.
The giveaway emphasizes CM Heating and Cooling's commitment to supporting families and recognizing the hard work of mothers like Amey Leach. Leach was selected from all the entries submitted, giving her family the gift of a cool summer.
