The 2012 Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) Profit Report shows how a typical HVAC distributor can reach the same level as a high-profit firm by paying close attention to four Critical Profit Variables (CPVs).
HVACR distributor, Watsco Inc., reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012, and announced that revenues increased 15 percent to a record $1 billion. Gross profit increased 12 percent to a record $238 million. Operating income increased 14 percent to a record $86 million.
