A number of developments have taken place at Brady, a Greensboro, N.C.-headquartered company that provides HVACR systems and solutions for commercial and industrial facilities across North Carolina.
Gree is a Chinese manufacturing company that produces duct-free, through-the-wall, and window air conditioning, packaged terminal air conditioners (PTAC), dehumidifiers, and portable cooling products.
As I’m writing this, the Diane Rehm Show on National Public Radio (NPR) has just aired a segment called “Who Benefits from College and Why.” One major component was who should go to college and who should go into a trade.
Once considered an overseas staple and domestic add-on, ductless HVAC equipment is now pushing the limits of the add-on market and spilling into contractors’ businesses as a primary system option.
Many contractors agree that ductless equipment is bound to increase in popularity. Those that are installing mini-splits are utilizing the option as a way to boost their bottom lines and provide the customer with yet another comfort solution.
