The annual Lennox Feel the Love program, sponsored by the LII Lennox Foundation, donates hundreds of HVAC units to deserving homeowners. Dealers from across 45 states in the U.S. and several Canadian provinces work with Lennox to install the units for the winners during the first full week of October.

The annual event will be redesigned this year, with a focus on creating a competition addressing the skills apprentices need today, plus the technology they can expect to work with in the future.
Only 10 professionals and 10 apprentices made it to round three and received an all-expenses paid trip to West Palm Beach, Florida, where they competed head-to-head for $100,000 in cash and prizes and the title. And Craig Childress came out the champ.
All of these women have made a mark on the HVAC industry and continue to do so. While they serve in different areas of the industry, each is making a contribution to both improve the industry and make it a more welcoming career for females.
