New continuous refrigerant dehydrator Model CD-120 removes moisture, acid, sludge, and particulates from any flooded evaporator air conditioning or refrigeration system. The unit dehydrates approximately 4,200 pounds of refrigerant per week, and approximately 12.5 pounds of refrigerant per cycle. It helps restore a chiller to peak operating performance, and operates 24 hours a day whether the chiller is on or off as operation is totally automatic. It utilizes four super-high capacity filter cores for high moisture removal. The dehydrator's maximum operating pressure is 350 psi. The refrigerant line hookup requires only two 3/8-inch OD line connections between the refrigeration system and the dehydrator unit.
