OVERLAND PARK, Kan., and FREMONT, Calif. — Sprint and @Road have announced an agreement that provides nationwide availability of @Road mobile resource management services via the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network. According to the companies, the combined offering enables mobile workers from coast-to-coast to communicate job, location, and time-relevant information from the field to the office at data speeds averaging 50 to 70 Kbps, with peak speeds of 144 Kbps.

Under terms of the agreement, @Road will offer enterprise customers a bundled solution that is comprised of @Road's mobile resource management services and @Road's device with an embedded CDMA module that has been certified for use on the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network.
