CRANSTON, R.I. - Taco Inc. announced a restructuring of its sales and marketing department forming two separate divisions, Commercial Sales and Residential Sales. Taco's residential and commercial markets have always had different customer, distribution, and support bases. As products and competitive pressures have advanced in each market, separation of the two markets allows Taco to better focus on each as distinctive audiences, according to the company.
Heading up Commercial Sales and Marketing will be senior vice president Tom Lawrence. Leading Residential Sales and Marketing will be senior vice president Bob Coons, who will also maintain responsibility for Taco Canada.
