The CPC-3 constant pressure controller regulates fan speed for draft and/or combustion air for energy savings and optimum efficiencies, states the company. Typically, it controls the operation and speed of an Auto-Draft® inducer and/or the company's universal blower to maintain draft or pressure set points. It can provide for an interface with a motorized louver. The controller also serves as the safety interlock with associated burner controls. The draft pressure controller includes four heater interlock terminal strips. By adding EXP-4E expansion modules, up to 16 individual heaters can be interlocked. Correct venter rotation can be determined by display prompts and changed through a dipswitch on the circuit board.
