A technically superior walk-in refrigeration structural flooring panel is made to withstand extreme weight loads, says the company. According to the manufacturer, the results of independent testing indicate that the new structural floors are able to support heavy loads of up to 5,000 pounds per square foot of stationary or rolling stock, without use of an overlay. Operator labor savings are realized by eliminating hand loading or two-wheel dolly transport of product in and out of the walk-in, states the company. This new floor is designed to handle the weight associated with fully loaded pallet jacks, the manufacturer says. Available interior finishes include 16-gauge, smooth galvanized steel; 16-gauge stainless steel; 14-gauge, smooth galvanized steel; and .100 smooth aluminum and diamond tread plate.
