The hot gas reheat dehumidification and moisture control feature is offered on the entire IntelliPakâ„¢ Precedentâ„¢, Voyager IIâ„¢, and Axiomâ„¢ light commercial unitary lines. Hot gas reheat uses native energy from the unit to provide comfortable space temperatures, while reducing relative humidity levels, the manufacturer states. The units also have direct digital dehumidification controls, which allow building owners to monitor the capacity, occupied, unoccupied, and disable functions, humidity set point control, and system protection features. The direct digital controls coordinate cooling and heating functions and hot gas reheat during dehumidification cycles over a wide operating and ambient temperature range, in either constant volume or variable air volume applications.
