Eservice is an application that helps customers manage mobile workforces through functions such as job dispatching, workflow tracking, and real-time inventory control. Eservice gives Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones, including models LG VX4500 and LG VX6000, access to the field service application. According to the company, the application automates and streamlines job documentation, making field operations virtually paperless, to reduce administrative costs, data entry times, and potential paperwork errors.
