"We're working to achieve this goal through aggressive consumer education, workforce development, and logo awareness campaigns," said PHCC membership director Cindy Sheridan. "This new resource center provides members with practical and cost-effective business marketing tools. It also gives them ready access to consumer education materials that will increase awareness of PHCC in their local markets."
The resource center is available to members only and is accessible through PHCC's Web site, www.phccweb.org. Information is available on topics including marketing terms, Yellow Pages how-to's and customer thank you cards.
Additional resources will be added on a regular basis, including a series of consumer education press releases designed to help members and PHCC chapters gain recognition as the "voice of the industry" within their local communities.
