The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association (PHCC) has a new member service, an online Marketing Resource Center, which is the latest in a series of resources designed to aid its membership.

"This new resource center provides members with practical and cost effective business marketing tools," said PHCC Membership Director Cindy Sheridan. "It also gives them ready access to consumer education materials that will increase awareness of PHCC in their local markets."

The members-only resource center is accessible through PHCC's Web site at www.phccweb.org. Information is available on topics ranging from marketing terms and Yellow pages "how to's" to customer thank you cards and How to Pick a PHC Pro. Carbon monoxide safety bill stuffers and newsletter articles, radio scripts, and industry coloring and puzzle books also are available.

According to Sheridan, additional resources will be added on a regular basis, including a series of consumer education press releases designed to help members and PHCC chapters gain recognition as the "voice of the industry" within their local communities.
