WASHINGTON, DC — The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International has launched an online Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Resource Center atwww.boma.org/iaq/index.htm. The new site is designed to help real estate professionals understand the causes and find solutions to IAQ issues.
The “round-the-clock” library of resources will include: establishing IAQ management systems, recognizing preventive maintenance opportunities, and identifying potential sources of moisture, mold, and mildew. Information on ASHRAE Standard 62 on IAQ and 90.1 on energy efficiency will also be provided.
