Sam Pro Enterprise software suite, version 6.0, has added service management capabilities such as the Preventative Maintenance Master Scheduler, which is designed to handle preventative maintenance billing, work schedules, and tasking for multiple locations. For national accounts, managers can set parameters and designate them for multiple sites, rather than entering each site's data individually. Another new feature allows managers to enter costs into any part of the system and automatically have them reflected within the designated work order, preventing data errors, says the company.
