Additions have been made to the line of SC compressors for 115 V and 230 V at 60 Hz. This commercial refrigeration line of fractional-horsepower hermetic compressors can be used with R-134a, as well as R-404A/507. These compressors now cover ranges of 1,300 to 3,200 Btuh (low temp), 2,588 to 5,900 Btuh (medium temp), and 4,730 to 7,500 Btuh (high temp). SC compressors have U.S., Canadian, and European approvals.
