FALLS CHURCH, Va. - National lawmakers will be the featured speakers at the 9th annual Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association (PHCC) Legislative Conference April 13-14.

During an April 14 breakfast, Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz., will talk about his predictions on repeal of the death tax. Rep. Russ Feingold, D-Wis., will provide his perspective on unfair utility competition.

"These influential lawmakers will be telling us the latest news and thoughts about the small business issues the 109th Congress will be considering this session," said PHCC government relations vice president Lake Coulson.

"At the same time, PHCC members will have the opportunity to give the legislators an idea of how these issues are affecting p-h-c contractors on a daily basis. It is an excellent time to exchange thoughts."

Following the breakfast, PHCC members will visit the offices of their senators and congressmen to lobby on legislative priorities. For more information, visit www.phccweb.org.
