His keynote, “The Hidden ROI of Belonging: Building a Symphony of Talent in the Workplace,” will focus on leadership, resilience, and creating stronger connections within teams and organizations — topics especially relevant for plumbing and HVACR contractors navigating workforce challenges and evolving business demands.
