RSES’ new officers include inter-national president James R. Casey, P.E., CMS; international vice president Streeter B. Turner, CM; international treasurer Kenneth Bachner, CMS; international secretary Ronald J. McCarthy, CM; and international sergeant at arms Jerry L. Richey, CMS. In addition, Loren “Shorty” Shuck, CMS began another year as chairman of the educational and examining board.

Paul L. Winberry, CMS was elected as the new Region 3 director. Re-elected regional directors to the international board include: Region 2 – Marilyn J. Roth, CM; Region 4 – Jerry L. Richey, CMS; Region 6 – Frank J. Prah, CMS; Region 7 – Larry Lynn, CMS; Region 9 – Robert E. Smith, CMS; Region 12 – Harry “Butch” McGuire, CM; and Region 16 – D. Brian Baker, CM.
