The RCS-210 permits remote air balancing in systems where access above a ceiling is limited, thus saving on time and labor costs, the company says. The damper and blade assembly is constructed from 22-ga steel. The balancing mechanism features a spring-loaded ratchet assembly and cable that holds a blade in a precise position, regardless of airflow, states the manufacturer. The unit comes completely assembled and is offered in sizes from 4 to 24 inches (round), in sizes up to 36 by 12 inches (rectangular).
